Andreas Glowienka

Andreas Glowienka is a Senior Advisor at Tilia, providing expertise in the fields of Public Transport, Bid Management and Mobility combined with Strategic Counsulting, Change Management, Implementation of Management Information Systems, Process and Productivity Management in public and private business. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social history from Warwick University, England.

Before joining Tilia, Andreas Glowienka worked ca. 8 years as CEO of a regional Public Transport Authority.

As Management consultant and Director of a politically independent company, for 9 years he supported and advised the City of Leipzig, i.e. the administration, its operations and participations, with regard to any commercial, personnel, legal and organisational matters. He also set up and implemented reporting and controlling by means of an efficient investment management.
Among other projects, he succesfully managed the financing and implementation of the public rail transport infrastructure project “City-Tunnel Leipzig”
