CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES

• To formulate a decarbonisation strategy for the Department’s light and heavy goods vehicle fleet in the short-, medium- and long-term enabling it to consider its vehicle fleet renewal strategy in connection with its goals

• Inventory of the vehicle fleet and usages
• Consideration of fleet management tools
• Identification of territorial and benchmarking processes
• Overview of potential decarbonisation technologies that meet requirements (electricity, H2, biogas, B100, XTL, etc.)
• Analysis of change in usage and regulations
• Scenario setting and identification of available assistance

RESULTS

• Construction of a strategic plan and an action plan

SPECIFICS

• Assessment of the utility of all the decarbonisation possibilities for a fleet, including a reduction in the number of vehicles, the purchase of new vehicles or retrofitting, for multiple usages (highways department, social services, winter maintenance, light vehicles, etc.)
• The mission falls under the Sustainable Nord departmental plan
