  • Analysis of current business segments and identification of viable and profitable areas of growth
  • Development of a better understanding of future market developments and consumers
  • Prioritisation of areas of action based on feasibility and financial impact (business case)
  • Definition of business segment strategies and consolidating those into an overall business strategy for the public utilities
  • Presentation of the growth strategy to various committees

RESULTS

  • New growth strategy with specific courses of action agreed on (earnings potential, investment needs and human resource requirements for each business segment)
  • Detailed implementation plan with approx. €5 million/year revenue potential

SPECIFICS

  • Strong involvement of the supervisory board as a result of strategy workshops hosted over several days, aimed at improving their understanding of the business
