Nicolas Augereau

Nicolas Augereau is a Senior Manager at Tilia, providing expertise in the fields of operational management of water and wastewater utilities, strategic roadmap, change management, innovation processes and project implementation.

Nicolas holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, with a specialisation in Civil Engineering.

At Tilia, he provides support to public and industrial clients throughout the whole utilities value chain. He recently conducted several change management and performance improvement projects for the Greater Paris wastewater utility (SIAAP). He also led comprehensive technical, operational, organisational and strategic assessment in medium size French public utility companies.
Before joining Tilia, Nicolas Augereau worked during 20 years for major service companies in France, the Philippines and Morocco, modernising water and wastewater utilities through different types of public-private partnerships.
