• Support of the development of the overall conceptual mobility layout (strategy, goals and influencing factors…)
• Detailed analysis of the different mobility scenarios and validation of the outcome, including a consistency test of the alternative strategies
• Support on the involvement of different interest groups and intensive moderation of different stakeholder groups

RESULTS

• Sustainability scenarios’ adopted by the city council with the aim of increasing the modal share of ecomobility (increasing local public transport to 25% share)

SPECIFICS

• Coordination of various stakeholders from citizens, politics, administration, business and transport (including local public transport services)
