RESULTS

• The fee development have been stabilised as a result of the following measures:
  • introduction of reporting as a management tool​
  • establishment of a structured business planning process and long-term HR planning​
  • establishment of a long-term investment strategy
  • optimisation of the organisational structure and procurement​
  • reduction of energy consumption​
• Optimisation measures have resulted in annual savings of ​> 500.000 €/Jahr
