• To define the energy supply and waste disposal strategy for the future airport development outlined in the Master Plan BER 2040 (approx. 1,100 ha) from a technical, commercial, organisational and structural point of view

OUR SERVICES/PROJECT SCOPE

• Development of an comprehensive concept for the utilities infrastructure, taking into account different development paths
• Definition of different scenarios and simulation of main impact parameters
• Development of alternative strategies for implementing the Master Plan in the districts – covering heating, cooling, electricity, gas, water, waste water, surface water, air traffic supplies and the ITC network

RESULTS

• “Best-fit” infrastructure concept developed
• Agreed on a sustainablity strategy with a clearly defined implementation plan
• Detailed requirements planning for all utilities done (basis for the overall 20-year business plan)
• Medium an long term modelling of the CO2 emissions of the airport
