CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES

  • Development and implantation of a company-wide KPI system as a central management and controlling tool

OUR SERVICES/PROJECT SCOPE

  • Assessment of existing operational data, KPIs, reports and their content, based on core processes and organisational structure
  • Development of additional operational and strategic KPIs
  • Selection and systematisation of KPIs, including their integration in a management information system (MIS)
  • Establishment of a continuous reporting system customised to the needs of different organisational levels
  • Training and integration into daily operations

SPECIFICS

  • A standardised, pyramidal, cascaded reporting system serving as a monitoring and management tool
