CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES
- Development and implantation of a company-wide KPI system as a central management and controlling tool

- Assessment of existing operational data, KPIs, reports and their content, based on core processes and organisational structure
- Development of additional operational and strategic KPIs
- Selection and systematisation of KPIs, including their integration in a management information system (MIS)
- Establishment of a continuous reporting system customised to the needs of different organisational levels
- Training and integration into daily operations
