CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES
- Establishment of a standardised KPI system to be used as a management tool

- Analysis of existing KPIs
- Division-specific definition of requirements
- Design of a more comprehensive KPI system
- Integration of the top-down system of KPIs and reports in the existing processes and structures
- Develop an understanding of how KPIs can be used as a leadership tool at all levels of the hierarchy with customers
RESULTS
- Quantifiable targets established to enable tracking and communication
- Implementation of the jointly defined and agreed KPIs as a leadership tool, monitoring tool and early-warning system
SPECIFICS
- Pyramidal, cascaded reporting system (vertical and horizontal) to serve as a monitoring tool and early warning system to highlight deviations as soon as they occur (continuous improvement process)
