CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES

  • Establishment of a standardised KPI system to be used as a management tool

  • Division-specific definition of requirements
  • Design of a more comprehensive KPI system
  • Integration of the top-down system of KPIs and reports in the existing processes and structures
  • Develop an understanding of how KPIs can be used as a leadership tool at all levels of the hierarchy with customers

RESULTS

  • Quantifiable targets established to enable tracking and communication
  • Implementation of the jointly defined and agreed KPIs as a leadership tool, monitoring tool and early-warning system

SPECIFICS

  • Pyramidal, cascaded reporting system (vertical and horizontal) to serve as a monitoring tool and early warning system to highlight deviations as soon as they occur (continuous improvement process)
