OUR SERVICES/PROJECT SCOPE

  • Establishment of a comprehensive project office responsible for initiating necessary projects and courses of action
  • Mobilisation of employees by means of thematic brainstorming sessions to identify measures and ensure quick implementation
  • Extensive involvement of employees as a result of transparent idea management and flexible implementation teams
  • Increase effectiveness by streamlining processes

RESULTS

  • Greater personal ownership and improved leadership during optimisation of work processes, together with improved implementation skills
  • Enhanced leadership skills, especially in the areas of decision-making, consistency and entrepreneurial approach (self-efficacy)
  • Establishment of new tools such as wastage reports and design sprints to enable quick, goal-oriented implementation
